Vegan ‘HULK’ Protein Pancakes [Build Strength and Muscle]

HULK pancakes aka Bear Cakes

1-2 banana
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2-full cup blueberries (or chopped apples/pears or any berries)
1/4 cup steel cut oats
1/4 seeds or nuts
2 scoops of Dr. Delgado’s Slim Blend (30 Organic, high-fiber Whole Foods)

Mix well, consistency should be like a chunky batter, if not add water or more dry ingredients to it. Spray hot griddle with coconut oil spray. Use full 1/4 measuring cup to scoop mix onto griddle or titanium ceramic non-stick pan. Cook pancakes, allowing it to get just firm enough to easily flip on both sides and remove from heat. Serve yourself a portion that makes you feel nearly full so that you can be hungry again in 2.5 to 3 hours.
