Estrogen levels can be harmful if out of control. Diet plays a key role in keeping our hormones in balance. Dr. Delgado’s personal favorite is to blend vegetables together in a morning drink. But if that is not an option because of travel or other factors, a container of vegetables to snack on throughout the day works well enough.
